Day 1 was so fun! We started with get to know you games like 2 truths and a lie, would you rather, and name and movement.
We then warmed up, practiced dance moves across the floor and started to learn our dance to From Now On from The Greatest Showman.
Moving on to acting, we rehearsed and performed a scene about missing gummy bears, discussing what kind of lawyer or employee each person wanted to play.
Next, we created our own commercials selling a product like a rock that makes broccoli.
Our song of the day was He Lives in You from the Lion King. Then we worked on monologues and learned about a character's want and tactics. We also started reading commercials.
At the end of the day, we played games! We played Bibbidy Bobbity Boo, One Word Stories, Humming game, Museum, and Andy's Coming.
